At Defiance Strength and Conditioning we welcome members from all around the world.  We feel fortunate to be able to meet new faces and individuals from all walks of life that share the same physical goals, aspirations and love for the outdoors.  As you all know, CrossFit creates a community and bond among individuals that all share a common goal; fitness and health.  We invite you to drop-in to our facility so that we can hear your journey and learn your story. 

When doing this, we do ask that you follow a couple of steps.  Please email us at admin@defiancegym.com in advance to let us know what class you will be attending.   You can access our class schedule on the website or by clicking the"Class Schedule" button below.  S & C (Strength and Conditioning) are our regular CrossFit classes.  Our Open Gym options are also on the calendar and those are the only Open Gym times that we offer.  If you would like to come in and follow your own programming, you are welcome to attend those times.  All "Drop-In" policies apply.      

We also ask that you sign up online by scrolling down to the "Drop-In button."  Here you can fill out your background information, the waiver, and the drop-in fee of $20.  If you would rather buy a shirt once you drop-in, we invite you to do that, please disregard the fee.

It is our job to keep you safe and we do ask that you are honest with us about your previous injuries, surgeries, ailments etc...  We also like to warn individuals that the altitude here is real and is not made up, so please keep that in mind as you are working out. 

Lastly, please keep an open mind as you visit any and all facilities.  Not all trainers are the same.   Which is what makes attending other facilities fun and exciting.  All coaches are different in the  way that they coach and the cues and drills that they use.  Sometimes a trainer may use a cue that finally makes sense to you that your home gym trainer has been trying to drill in your head for years.  This does not make their coaching style "wrong" nor does it make our coaching style "right."  It simply just makes them different.  When you drop in to any facility, challenge yourself to get something new out of your session.
